No, we don't sell products for swimming pools! If you start with the end in mind, as has often been suggested, you will understand that the name Bluewater Solutions was chosen to represent how we want to be viewed as an organization: no competitor next to us or anywhere near us, just blue water all around us. The idea came about while reading Blue Ocean Strategy by W. Chan Kim and Renee Mauborgne. What we want to develop is an organization that genuinely partners with its customers in unique and meaningful ways. Sure, outrageously good customer service is a huge part of what we do, but anyone can place a policy and most agencies provide good customer service. But at Bluewater Solutions you get personal, concierge service, not a service center, and that answer is the same if you are a million dollar customer or a thousand dollar customer. But beyond customer service we truly strive to partner with you, to make your problems and challenges our own, to know and understand your business and your industry, your goals, even your dreams. We'll ask a lot of questions, but we will provide you with more information, keep you on top of the insurance world so you can focus on your business and your life, and try to find more to bring you than just insurance.
